Our Role – Pre Event

establish your goals, requirements & budget for the day
identify suitable courses & confirm availability
establish catering requirements & liaise with host venue
issue invitations & co-ordinate responses if required
assist with devising & selling sponsorship packages
communicate with any third parties – including pro golfers & after dinner speakers
design & print information packs for all attendees

Our Role – On the Day

oversee and facilitate the smooth running of the day
meet, greet and register all players as they arrive
provide starters to ensure punctuality of play
organise on course competitions – Beat the Pro, Longest Drive etc
provide on course photography or video if required
collect scorecards and compile prize winners list
coordinate and assist at the prize presentation

Amateur Events

Great Events, Superb Courses

Hybrid Golf are approved by England Golf and Scottish Golf to run handicap qualifying competitions and stage a range of events for Individuals and Pairs played over 36, 54 and 72 holes.

The Links Golf Cup – our flagship events – are 72 hole tournaments which take place in East Lothian and Ayrshire providing amateur golfers from across the UK & beyond with a professional experience. These competitions have grown rapidly and see sell out fields of over 100 golfers compete for top prizes and the much coveted title of Links Golf Cup champion.
